BASTOB Opens Its 77th Branch in Gazaria to Expand Financial Inclusion and Community Empowerment

BASTOB – Initiative for People’s Self Development has proudly inaugurated its 77th branch in Gazaria, marking another milestone in its journey toward promoting sustainable livelihoods and inclusive growth across Bangladesh.
The new branch was formally inaugurated by Dr. Md. Jamal Hossain, Deputy Executive Director of BASTOB, in a warm ceremony attended by local leaders, community representatives, and enthusiastic beneficiaries.
This new Gazaria branch aims to extend BASTOB’s ongoing efforts in microfinance, entrepreneurship development, and social empowerment, ensuring that vulnerable and low-income families gain better access to financial services and livelihood opportunities.
During the inauguration, Dr. Hossain emphasized BASTOB’s continued commitment to reaching underserved areas with innovative development initiatives. He highlighted that each new branch strengthens the organization’s mission of empowering people through self-development and building a resilient, inclusive society.
