Empowering Youth for Leadership and Harmony — ENRICH Program Hosts Training in Bilaspur Union, Dohar

On May 27, 2025, the Somriddhi Program organized a one-day Youth Training on “Social Volunteering, Leadership, and Harmony Development” at Bilaspur Union, Dohar Upazila. The training aimed to empower young people to become proactive leaders, responsible citizens, and ambassadors of social harmony within their communities.

The event was graced by the Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Dohar, who attended as the Chief Guest and Innovator. His inspiring presence encouraged the participants to take bold steps in community development and social service.

The Youth Development Officer of Dohar Upazila conducted the session as the lead trainer, sharing valuable insights on leadership qualities, teamwork, and volunteerism. Through interactive discussions and group activities, the youth participants explored the significance of social responsibility and mutual respect in building a peaceful and prosperous society.

Adding to the program’s vibrancy, Union Parishad members from Bilaspur Union were also present, actively engaging with the participants and offering practical guidance. Their participation made the training more dynamic and community-centered.
